Summary/Abstract: The key factor of economic growth and competitiveness that strengthens the economic systém is the research and development that permits to create new technologies in the field of production and product sales, innovative goods and services. In conditions at implementation of the innovative scenario of national economic development, the discovery of innovative and research capacity of certain regions, stimulation of innovative activity of business aktivity subjects become actual. The research objective is to determine a growth resource of formation and development efficiency in the innovative sector potential in the Tyumen region. In this article the role of innovative business in the economy as well as the specific character of the innovative enterprises’ management is considered.
