Summary/Abstract: The main reason for initiating the project Discrimination - One Concept Many Facets was the recognition of the fact that, despite the new laws that were passed in BIH to combat discrimination, its different forms and manifestations still exist and circulate in our society. In order to shed more light onto this phenomenon, to initiate critical reflection, and foster civic activism against discrimination, The Students’ Association of the Faculty of Philosophy Pale (SOFF), in cooperation with Sarajevo Open Center (SOC), launched this project in the form of panel discussions and the publication of a collection of papers. In this way the spoken and written word were combined, and space was provided for critical and socially engaged thinking in a discursive way. With the idea to initiate cooperation between them, it was decided that the target group of our project were going to be students at the Faculty of Philosophy in Pale, as well as professors, assistants and faculty staff.
