Summary/Abstract: The report covers the trends in the indicators characterizing housing in five regions in Southwest Bulgaria for the period 2010-2013. Subject of analysis are changes in qualitative and quantitative indicators characterizing residential property in the regions of Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Pernik, Sofia, and the city of Sofia. The analyzed indicators are the number and structure of the buildings, number and structure of housing, residential standard of living in the various regions, average living are aper dwelling, number of residential buildings and housing that became operational during the covered period.
