Summary/Abstract: Our experience and practice show us, that one of the most important things in our profession, like realtors, is the ability to intermingle with people, also how to “sale” them us like a personality, like a person, which is well-intentioned, one which they can rely on, one that inspires respect and professionalism in it's own sphere, so the opposite side- the client, could trust us and want to work only with us. That's why to be a successful, realtor should have personal abilities and skills, firstly like a person and secondly to have necessary knowledge, experience and practice in real estates, so he could differentiate from others like a unique specialist in it's own sphere.
