Summary/Abstract: This paper discusses actual problems and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of innovative development of self-regulation in the construction, taking into account the liability insurance and the formation of the compensation fund of SROs. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the insurance and the reservation is made on the basis of the net asset value of the Organization on the basis of a modified model of Huston.
