Summary/Abstract: This chapter focuses on logistics in e-commerce and its support through ICT. The development of ecommerce in the Czech Republic is demonstrated in the introduction on the specific data from surveys of different companies. Furthermore is shown a change in the distribution model and a model of the components of e-commerce is created. The section devoted to the e-commerce logistics summarizes the benefits that customers see in the use of e-commerce. Subsequently are described: methods and distribution channels which can get products to customers, support of interactive cooperation of partners, exchange of electronic data and management of e-commerce through ICT.
