Summary/Abstract: One of the most serious problems, that the football clubs in Bulgaria are facing, is to reach the infrastructure criteria of the stadiums. The application of the correct approach on planning, construction and maintenance of the stadiums is a prerequisite for the participation of the Bulgarian clubs not only in the national championship, but on the European football stage as well. This condition determines the actuality of the issues relevant to the construction, the reconstruction and the modernization of the Bulgarian stadiums.
