Summary/Abstract: The need for the establishment of the State Enterprise “Center for the provision of services” as a separate legal entity with rights and obligations is due to the economy of the administrative reforms of the Ministry of the Interior. This exhibition aims to analyze the legal status of State enterprise within the meaning of Art. 62, 3 Commercial law in view of its ability to perform functions assigned to it by the State.
