Summary/Abstract: Educational entrepreneurs provide citizens with knowledge and skills that help them find employment and/or execute their professional duties better and thus increase their income and improve their quality of life. Globally, education and training are at the heart of the sustainable development of economies. In the context of economic crises and limited resources, the importance of social economy organizations for the employment and social inclusion of individuals is growing. This article summarizes some of the results of the May-August-2017-survey of organizations that offer training within the I Can Programme in exchange for vouchers, issued by the Labour Bureau – Blagoevgrad (Bulgaria); particular attention is paid to those social entrepreneurs among them that are registered as non-profit associations.
