Summary/Abstract: The EU administrative law is not included in the curriculae of the law schools in Bulgaria and this is a problem to be considered. Bulgaria has had ten years to get accustomed to the ways in which EU delivers policy and controls administration. In the education practice this matter is covered by the university course of administrative law. The principles of administrative law in the national systems2 of the member states and the principles of EU3 administrative law have to be analysed in regard of the Bulgarian perspective of the improvement of the legal education as part of the judicial reform of the country.
