Summary/Abstract: This article has two aims. 1. To identify the vulnerabilities of banks in the Eurozone. The weaknesses are analysed in the context of market’s speculation and overreaction. The structural weaknesses are also addressed. 2. To show the appropriate regulation illusion and the financial regulation authorities’ incapacity toward the bankers’ power.
