Summary/Abstract: Now, Gold industry presents greats opportunities of growth en development for the south LDC’s. It’s a labour industry it assures so high incomes by increasing dependence with the world market. However, various risks appear in the mondialisation movement of production factors on ecological context and financial growth. The aim of this paper is to show the gold growth stakes and the necessity to have well results on disequilibrium by investments for improving structures for throwing the development of the territories rich by gold.
