Summary/Abstract: In the literature, farm management is defined by the decision-making process of the farm regarding to the distribution and organization of use of the available limited resources in order to achieve its objectives. From this perspective, the management is an activity, which is characterized by distribution of restricted resources, balancing the efficiency and the efficiency of their use; working with and through the organization’s associates to achieve its goals. Through these decisions, the farmers must take into account the changes in the external environment.In the recent years, there are constantly increasing concerns regarding the climate changes and questions such as biodiversity loss, water and soil quality, which shows that agriculture, plays an increasingly important role in the sustainable management of natural resources. That is why, the CAP provides support for farmers for implementing measures that affect their economic achievement and the benefits to society, known in the literature as the CAP greening.
