Summary/Abstract: Contemporary organizations are forced to operate in turbulent environments. The pursuit of competitive advantage and the desire for continuous development make the number of possible difficulties and problems grow. Significant in this situation is the use of heuristic methods, which play a special role in the process of solving problems. Creativity is becoming an answer and an effective tool to overcome the disadvantage of the organization's situation. The aim of this article is to present the possibilities of using creativity in solving organizational problems. // Współczesne organizacje są zmuszone do prowadzenia działalności w burzliwym otoczeniu. Dążenie do uzyskania przewagi konkurencyjnej i chęć nieustannego rozwoju powodują, że liczba możliwych trudności i problemów rośnie. Znamienne w tej sytuacji jest wykorzystanie metod heurystycznych, odgrywających szczególną rolę w procesie rozwiązywania problemów. Kreatywność staje się odpowiedzią i skutecznym narzędziem do przełamania niekorzystnej sytuacji organizacji. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie możliwości wykorzystania kreatywności w rozwiązywaniu problemów organizacji.
