Summary/Abstract: Relevance of research in the field of employment of socially vulnerable was justified. The problem of employment of socially unprotected categories of citizens with the help of sociological methods were investigated. The reasons for the refusal of socially vulnerable citizens from cooperating with the employment service and eventual employment were considered. A-typical forms of employment in terms of employment of socially vulnerable were proposed.
