Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the state and collective bargaining regulation of wages and salaries in Ukraine. This article has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages in payment conditions of sectoral and regional tariff agreements. The author suggests ways of improving sectoral and regional tariff agreements in Ukraine.
