Summary/Abstract: The modern model of professional training in the company in the context of decent work in Ukraine, which is determined on the basis of the underlying causes and weaknesses in the models. It analyzes the main signs of structural balance in the system of employment. Under this theme deals with the training of a new formation for advanced enterprise, where innovative work used. The task of the system of staffing innovation and proposes the main ways to adapt all the subjects of social dialogue to the modern requirements of the labor market. In order to solve the existing problems and the means available measures to improve the mechanism of interaction between the labor market and educational services and businesses.
