Summary/Abstract: The present report examines the legal regulation of the social and solidarity economics in Bulgaria and its influence on the employment. For performance of the legal analysis are used legislative solutions, provided for in the Act on the enterprises of the social and solidarity economics. Based on the examination the author makes conclusions and summaries.
