Summary/Abstract: The primary goal this research seeks to achieve is to organize and make analysis of the special aspects of the commercial sale as a type of commercial transaction. The distinction between the commercial sale and the ordinary sale is made based on the required elements of each transaction. The legal structure of the contract consists of separate acts, which determine precision when implementing and assessing the respective norms in practice.
