Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on changes in customs controls related to the new Regulation of the European parliament and of the Council on cash entering or leaving the Union and repealing Regulation (ЕC) № 1889/2005. In this connection, the analysis of the new legal provisions is made and it is justified to conclude that our national legislation, in the field of cash control, is largely in line with the new legal framework.
