Summary/Abstract: Labor is a private and economical right of citizens protected by the State. Everyone has the right to equal access to a profession or activity, the possibility of exercising it and to have options for development. In case of non-compliance with this fundamental principle, we will are facing discrimination. Affecting the labor rights is a common form of discrimination.
