Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the report is to motivate the necessity of new „legal regulation” of the economic processes in the world and in the different countries, in the conditions of the coming “new world and public order” in the postindustrial development epoch. As well as to point out the main opinions for this legal regulation in the present world. The idea of necessity of quality renewal of the idea “new world and public order” is considered, which to respond to the changed public needs.
