Summary/Abstract: The International legal protection of social rights is not differenciated as autonomous branch of international law. It is developed in two other branches – International legal protection of human rights and International labor law. However, the specialization of the International protection of social rights is an irreversible process, which will lead to separation and demarcation of the International protection of social right, as an independent system within the entire system of the International Public Law.
