Summary/Abstract: The application of Regulation (EC) No 805/2004 in combination with its complementary provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure constitutes a challenge to procedural theory and case-law. The report aims to raise a discussion and comment the issues that arise before the Bulgarian courts in this area. The aim is to assess and analyze these issues and to draft de lege ferenda proposals.
