Thus, according to art. 474 par. (4) Code of Criminal Procedure.Also, with regard to the decisions of the High Court of Cassation and Justice, delivered by the Criminal Law Enforcement Committee, the legislator provides for the mandatory character of these. Thus, according to art. 477 par. (3) C. Proc. "The separation of the legal issues is mandatory for the courts from the date of publication of the decision in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I", which gives them the power of law.
