Summary/Abstract: In the conditions of today's dynamic business environment, railway passenger traffic requires an analysis of passenger satisfaction in order to determine potential risks for business in the future. Also, they discovered potential p Hallovárilikes that can enable finding the optimal solution for the popularization of train transportation. The purpose of the paper is to show the satisfaction of passengers in railway passenger traffic in the Republic of Croatia. The research was conducted from December 2018 to February 2019 in the Republic of Croatia on a sample of 112 respondents based on the survey method. The results showed that there is a satisfaction of the respondents in respecting the preferences of passengers and their needs for rail transport services in the Republic of Croatia.
