Summary/Abstract: This research was focused on the influence of employees’ socio-demographic characteristics onthe ethical climate perception. The survey research was conducted at Kopaonik, popular center of wintertourism in Serbia, on the sample of 211 hotel employees. Research results might have practical implication,as a base of information necessary for improving the relations with human resources in tourism.
