Summary/Abstract: This paper shows that the sociometric method can be applied in any tourist organization’s human resource management with the goal of appointing the best team members. The sociometricconcept of the model uses the characteristics of the Adizes model: P – producer, E – entrepreneur,A – administrator, and I – integrator, as well as the criteria for sociometric testing. The results and conclusions of the research show that such sociometric concept can be widely applied in strategic managementof the tourist organization with the goal of forming a team.
