Summary/Abstract: The main goal of the authors of this paper is to explicitly display the contract on the engagement of catering capacities, concluded between the caterer and the tourist agency. The reviewof this contract, often in the practice of tourist workers, was carried out by presenting the basic legalprovisions related to this contract. Additionally, the most interesting examples from the practice of thecourts in Serbia is presented, where the parties to the court proceedings were the contractors from thecontract on the engagement of catering facilities.
