Summary/Abstract: Due to the complex nature of Global Financial Markets and its associated Spillover effects as a result of common currencies zones, interconnectivity in the Financial and banking world, and trade, among others, this phenomenon creates challenges for global and national regulatory agencies to carry out prudent and efficient supervision of financial and banking institutions. The aim of this research paper is to advocate for a more vibrant, comprehensive but resilient Financial architectural framework with less complex regulation, cost effective and efficient regulation and also discuss some already implemented policies by national governments and international Institutions.
