Summary/Abstract: With the growing influence of the world's population and economy on the environment, environmental issues are increasingly becoming the subject of regular communication. To some extent it may be artificially created and bureaucraticly fueled discussion, but mainly the question of landscape management is justified and necessary to deal with. State of the environment is an important factor of the quality of life in the regions. Nowadays, harmonic and clean environment is not only the ideal for recreation, but also becomes one of the components of the desired standard of living. From this perspective, it might be generally assumed that with increasing levels of environmental pollution will increase motivation of inhabitants to leave the affected areas and move to areas with more favorable environmental status.
