Summary/Abstract: The main goal of the report is to introduce the role of system dynamic simulation modeling in the process of creation of the business strategy and strategic financial plan. These models provide a valuable tool for testing influences of different decisions on strategic variables and the impact of their change on the financial situation of the business. The value of simulating models lies in their ability to describe complex relations between variables which manifest themselves through so called causal feedback loops, the basic components of dynamic systems.
