Summary/Abstract: The objective of the article is to describe women’s figures presented in the fictional universe of the Matrix and an interpretation of the presentation in transgender context. Reinterpretation of the image of gender relations, necessary because of the revealing of information on the feminine nature of the artists, allows for the discovery of new traces for interpretation of the work. This creates a new background for current discussions on the separation of body and mind in art.
