Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the poetological concept of Yoko Tawada, a Japanese author writing in German. In this concept the literature is treated as a magic area, not as a mimetic one. Characteristic is also abandonment of the unambiguous evaluations and of determining the identities towards their “liquefaction”. The process of weakening the identities takes place under the sign of mutual illumination of the languages: German and Japanese. Works of Tawada are presented in the context of the “migrant” literature that fosters aesthetic experience of the language.
