Summary/Abstract: The text focuses on the body-architecture relation. The author analyzes the Vitruvian model being reborn in the modern architecture and then she presents interpretation of the body drawn from philosophy of G. Deleuze. In the Deleuzian model, that is alternative to the Vitruvian one, the body is recognized as dispersed, reacting vividly to the inner and outer forces. A model for architectural creation becomes natura naturans and a model for a building – human skin or a living organism.
