Summary/Abstract: Drawing from a geographical-political intersectional approach, this work addresses the multiple trajectories of mobility lived by Afro-descendant women of the Colombian Pacific region. Based upon a trialectic – social, temporal, and spatial – conception of power relations, it questions the theoretical and analytical implications of many of the migration and forced migration studies regarding the migrant agency, the spatialities of movement, and the multidimensionality of internal migration. Without overlooking the relational character of force contexts, agency and regulatory technologies of movement, it provides a methodological framework by which we can analyze the narrativization of situated experiences. By doing so, it precedes the importance of the mobile subject-agent, the multiscalarity of action and the political character of mobility itself.
