Summary/Abstract: The text examines the philosophical depth of Emilian Stanev’s mature work. Mainly commented on are common places with Arthur Schopenhauer's philosophy. The narrative stylistics of the novel Antichrist, reminiscent of medieval hagiography, is specifically analyzed.
