Summary/Abstract: Human resources are essential for the way a certain innovative project is going to begin and for the quality of its results. In this connection, this report offers a methodology for assessing the readiness of the employees in an organization to take part in innovative projects. The methodology can be used either for identification of the appropriate employees to be included in the project teams or for planning the further development of their knowledge and skills for effective realization of innovative projects.
