Summary/Abstract: The report examines the peculiarities of the behavior of transnational corporations in the context of globalization and continual changes in international corporate relations. The differences between traditional and non-traditional projects, as well as changes in the types, forms, dynamics and structure of the corporate model are analyzed in detail. The focus is on the specifi cs of managing non-traditional corporate projects and anti-crisis management tools. The conclusion is that the most effective organizational form for fi nancing and managing anti-crisis projects is through the creation of an investment structure such as corporate deposit funds.
