Summary/Abstract: The entry into force of the Regulation establishing the European Public Prosecutor's Office requires a review of our current national legislation and what changes are necessary - at constitutional or legal level.The entry into force of the Regulation establishing the European Public Prosecutor's Office requires a review of our current national legislation and what changes are necessary - at constitutional or legal level. The author considers that the complete participation of the Republic of Bulgaria in the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor's Office as defined in Art. 4, para. 3 of the Constitution will require changes only in the current legislation. Changes in the Constitution are not necessary.
