Summary/Abstract: Bulgaria has concluded its first Presidency of the Council of the European Union. It is quite logical for politicians and analysts to being their attempts to summarize and evaluate the presidency as each group brings a different nuance to the vision and interpretation of this key for our country period. There is another view, however, which is in fact the most important in the whole picture - how citizens perceive the processes that are taking place, what is their assessment of the many events hosted by our country.
