Summary/Abstract: Differences in the stipulation of the criminal offence of inciting national, racial or religious hatred, discord or intolerance (hereinafter: inciting hatred), imprecise formulations and lack of definition of the key terms in the description of this offence in the four currently applicable criminal codes in Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter: BiH) hinder the efficient and consistent prosecution of these crimes.
