Summary/Abstract: This publication is a compilation of basic documents for monitoring the work of both bodies. The first part presents an overview of the provisions of the laws related to the work of the Commission for the Protection of the Right to Access to Public Information and the Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data. Then follows a mapping of stakeholders in relation to the work of the two bodies. Finally, the matrix with the indicators for monitoring the work of the two bodies in the respective areas is presented.
