Summary/Abstract: The main goal of this analysis is to determine whether, to what extent, and in what way, ZB6 fulfill this part of the political criteria, and to identify factors and actors that influence a greater or lesser degree of compliance. Compliance with the EU's foreign policy in concrete international circumstances is at the same time a clear indicator of the real basis of the declarative foreign policy priorities of the ZB6, but also the scope of the EU's transformative and structural foreign policy power in this area, especially in relation to other actors present in the region in different capacities.
