Summary/Abstract: The aim of this analysis is to show all the shortcomings of the institutional design of the state through which BiH's foreign policy is managed and to show how certain institutions within their competences could take on their roles in order to adapt these shortcomings to the challenges. This foreign policy analysis aims to review and analyze the role and shaping of foreign policy within the international response to the pandemic.
