Summary/Abstract: At the same time as the process of discussing legislative proposals regarding the European budget, which is now taking place mainly in the working groups of the Council of the EU, discussions on the focus of national development priorities and the structure of operational programs continue. The result of this debate will be the determination of the areas to which resources from the cohesion policy in the Czech Republic will be directed from 2014.
