Summary/Abstract: One of the areas in which radical changes are currently taking place is the digitization of various areas of economic and social life. At the EU level, special attention is paid to information technology and information and its processing in the strategic document EU 2020. Formally, it is one of the so-called of EU 2020 flagship initiatives, which integrate priorities that can be implemented by member states, the objectives of the European Commission and funding priorities through MFF 2014+.
