Summary/Abstract: The given report complements the existing tools for quantifying the gaps between young people and adults. The main aim of the report is to develop a composite index of inequalities, which would quantify the gaps between the young and the old. The calculation methodology of this index will be based, including, on the 2015 Youth Index. In addition to the methodological aspects, which describe in detail the reasoning, stages and compilation method of the inequality index, in retrospect the value of the index will be calculated during the last years . The inequality index, calculated and regularly updated, will serve as an additional statistical benchmark for monitoring public policies in the field of youth.
