Summary/Abstract: This focus group is part of a research project aimed at promoting human rights in Bulgaria and in particular establishing the institution of the Ombudsman. The main focus of the focus group was to obtain reliable information about the perceptions, expectations and recommendations of the surveyed persons regarding institutions of the type of ombudsman.
