Summary/Abstract: One of the most recently discussed - privatization - is increasingly out of the range of predictions and is becoming a reality. As the data from the latest study of the Center for the Study of Democracy on privatization issues shows, preparations for it are advanced: in 13% of the state-owned enterprises are currently under assessment, 22,.5% are analyzed and 10,.2% are included in privatization programs.
